Charlotte & the Quail is seeking a front of house service professional who loves the rhythm of hospitality — the people, the energy, the shared moments — but is looking for a more casual schedule within a thoughtful and vibrant workplace.
This role is well suited to someone who may have stepped away from full-time restaurant life but still enjoys being part of a lively service environment and meaningful guest connection.

Responsibilities of Role
Welcome and guide guests through their dining experience with warmth and intention
Provide thoughtful table service, including accurate order taking and timely delivery
Share menu knowledge, including dish composition, seasonal inspirations, and C&Q promotions
Anticipate guest needs and respond with a calm, solutions-oriented presence
Set, clear, and reset tables to ensure smooth service flow
Maintain immaculate cleanliness of service areas and dining roomSupport the team by communicating clearly with hosts, baristas, and kitchen staff
Handle transactions and follow operational systems with care and accuracy
Be proactive in stocking, polishing, and preparing your section for ease of service
Take pride in maintaining a positive, collaborative environment that uplifts team and guest experiences
Employment Requirements
5+ years serving in a full service restaurant
Serving It Right Certificate
Ability to lift 30lbs and stand on feet for at least 6 hours
