Full-time | 32-36 hours per week | $23/hr + tips
This is an ideal opportunity for a coffee-loving (beet-rose-latte-making) individual looking to build a solid foundation to lead the C&Q beverage program. You will bring artistry, precision, confidence, and a kind presence - contributing to the care that defines our garden to plate (and cup) ethos. You’ll be a part of a collaborative team, maintain a calm and thoughtful rhythm behind the counter, and play a key role in creating our seasonal offerings and daily café magic. A big part of what makes this Special Little Place is our beverages; delicious and wholesome - garnished with something pretty harvested from the garden outside.
What You’ll Do:
Craft exceptional espresso, signature beverages and seasonal cocktails
Lead and support a small team of baristas and train new members
Maintain quality, equipment care, and café cleanliness
Engage guests with warmth, story, and guidance
Oversee café inventory and support ordering with intention
What You Bring:
2+ years barista experience with strong skills for high volume brunches
Leadership or mentoring experience in a café setting
A love for curating memorable guest experiences
Familiarity with local/seasonal values and quality sourcing
A desire to grow roots in a values-led business
Availability to work weekends
