We are so thankful that you are choosing C&Q for part of this very special day!
In doing our best to keep this reservation as fair and as organized as possible,
we ask that you READ OVER THIS INFORMATION FULLY BEFORE FILLING OUT THE INQUIRY FORM BELOW

1. Due to the size of our space and our kitchen - the maximum reservation sizes 6 humans - infants are humans too :)
2. We will be contacting inquiries in order, however, we are not holding tables for lengthy periods {more than 3 hours} without confirmation {which is a CC on file}
- please let us know the best way to reach you below
3. We offer a set menu on Mother’s Day and fully book out. Tables are reserved for 1.5hours.
There will be guests arriving for the table you have reserved 1.5hours after your reservation. Please arrive on time.
4. This year’s set menu is $60 per person . $30 for children 12 and under . $20 for children 3 and under.

Reservations will be confirmed with a credit card for deposit (any guests who do not cancel within 48hours of May 10th reservation will be charged fully for the reservation size set menu)

MOTHER’s DAY 2026 MENU

For this year’s Mother’s Day weekend, we have curated a special 3 course brunch set menu comprised of seasonal treasures and C&Q classics. 
A Children’s menu is available in half or full sizes. And, of course, our signature beverage menu will be available for you too.

Please note that ingredients are subject to change depending on what we are able to play with from the farms and foragers.
Whatever the case, it is sure to make you happy.

ALLERGIES:
Please know we process more nuts than most kitchens in our tiny kitchen and there is sourdough on the menu as well as gluten and nut items in our deli case. Many of our whole food ingredients are packaged in facilities where cross contamination is possible. Though we do our very best to accommodate allergies, we care very much about the safety of our guests. For this reason, we can not guarantee that meals have not met nuts or gluten along the way as we also use ingredients that are processed in other facilities. If you have an allergy and choose to visit, please be sure to have an epi pen or allergy medication you need if you should need it.
