Intuitive hospitality has two parts: technical skills and personal energy. Technically, you are efficient, deliberate and proactive. Energetically, the way you execute your tasks creates the indescribable essence that makes our guests' visits memorable. Our F&B menu program is inspired by the seasons and that spans from seriously good espresso beverages to homemade classics, to elixirs and tinctures.

Responsibilities
Create superior beverages with love in the details
Nurture a welcoming place through intentional guest connection
Work under pressure in a timely manner
Interact with our guests offering a calm presence
Anticipate stocking needs and set up your area to ensure service ease and flow
Maintain an organized work space
Be confident in product knowledge, meal composition, menu details and C&Q promotions
Ensure immaculate cleanliness of bar
Follow and sign off on checklists procedures
Take pride in maintaining a positive, solutions based attitude & team environment
Have knowledge support guest involvement in any promotional activities
Support team by viewing each service with a holistic eye

Employment Requirements
2+ years in a cafe barista role
Serving it Right Certificate
Ability to lift 30lbs and stand on feet for at least 6 hours
Contribute to a respectful and empowered work environment
