We’re currently seeking a Barista Manager who brings excellence, elegance, and energy to every drink and guest interaction. You’ll help guide the beverage program {which has a solid foundation and room for your creativity}, lead with heart, and create the kinds of moments guests return for.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the beverage service program with consistency, quality, and creativity  
- Train and mentor front-of-house team members in service and drink standards  
- Maintain a clean, organized, and beautiful bar and retail space  
- Create seasonal, garden-inspired beverages in harmony with our signature menu  
- Elevate the guest experience through warm, intuitive hospitality  
- Share knowledge and stories behind ingredients and products  
- Maintain inventory, systems, and recipes with strong attention to detail  
- Communicate clearly with the team to keep everyone aligned and inspired  
- Contribute to a respectful, empowered, and solutions-focused workplace  

What You’ll Bring
- You have 3+ years of barista experience and some management responsibility  
- You’re a technically strong barista, efficient, and proactive behind the bar 
- You’re creatively inspired by nature and the seasons  
- You care deeply about guest experience and team wellbeing  
- You understand that good systems = good service  
- You have a **Serving It Right certificate** and can lift 50 lbs / stand for 8 hours  
- You’re familiar with tools like **Google Docs, Slack, and TouchBistro**  
- You believe that hospitality is an art form

- A salary {beginning at $44,000 - negotiated with qualifications} with solid tip pool and bonus opportunities after 3 months. This is a full time {35-40 hour} week role.
