Restaurant & Shop Manager

Join A Special Little Place celebrating the magic of Food & Flowers
Are you a hospitality professional who leads with authenticity? Do you find as much fulfillment in serving others as in creating the beauty around them? Are you looking to bring your values and hard-earned skills into a leadership role where your contributions truly mean something?
Team C&Q is seeking a Restaurant & Shop Manager to lead our front-of-house operations and oversee our thoughtfully curated shop. This role is ideal for someone with a strong Food & Beverage background who also enjoys working with local makers, artisanal products, and seasonal magic to transform a place into an experience.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Restaurant & Shop Service Manager, you’ll lead the daily service experience, inspire a kind and capable team, and help bring integrity and intuition to every guest interaction. You’ll also take ownership of our boutique-style retail space — merchandising & managing a small collection of pantry goods, homewares, and local artisan products that reflect the same values we bring to the plate.
This is a rare and slightly unconventional opportunity for a hospitality professional who is inspired to grow roots in a values-driven business — one built on service, creativity and the deep connection to the natural world.
